What’s included
One number to call for everything about your house
Repairs handled: we find the right pro, schedule them and follow up until the job is done
Upkeep on schedule: we keep track of routine care like furnace service, gutter cleaning and filters, and book it for you
Bills and payments: utilities, insurance, property taxes, contractor bills. You approve each one, we pay it and charge your card on file, and we track what's due
Insurance inspections: when your insurance company requires an inspection, we schedule it and, with your approval, take care of anything it turns up
Yearly insurance review: once a year, we review your home insurance to make sure you're getting the best price
Violations handled: if your town issues a violation on your home, we find out what's needed, arrange the fix and follow up until it's closed
The House Captain app: report a problem, approve prices and bills, and follow along as we fix it, on your phone or computer
Emergency help: storm, leak, alarm or no heat, call us and we get the right pro on it

Every plan includes all of the services above. Your monthly price is based on the size of your home.
$100 a month for every 2,500 sq ft
Priced exactly by the foot, with a minimum of $100 a month. We look up your home’s size from your address when you sign up, so you never have to measure anything. If your home’s size ever changes, we’ll let you know before your price does.
